Is it an offense to stare at a girl. I mean when a girl is hot, pretty. It's logic that we got attracted, right?
Is it a good idea to let a girl know that we are looking at them or let she think that we're wanting her?

Well, it's not exactly staring for hours. But only when you speak to her or at least close to her. Espiecially with a passionate eyes/look, it's hard to hide your feeling.
