so i know some of you live in the canadian wilderness

are any of you in the toronto area? how is the level of violence? has it died down?

i've heard wild reports of police brutality and passersby being locked up in the chaos

pretty crazy shit going on

I saw a video yesterday with someone who was arrested and released.

Crying about inhumane treatment but only because the kind of people attracted to go protest and break things are prissy university students with rich parents.

"oh my god I was locked up since last night and all they gave me was 3 cups of water and 2 sandwiches!!!!"

If you don't want to get locked up and you're not participating in the riots, just don't go to that part of the city. Is it really that hard?

those ppl were retarded. black blok comes (they arent even from toronto) saying they want to protect us, yet they go smashing places downtown, ( 2 starbucks ) robbing an american apparel to change clothes, blocking subway entrances and lighting a few police cars on fire? i and many people i know completely avoided downtown just because of this, but the levels of shit disturbing these people caused were unnecessary and ruined all of the peaceful protests that were occurring.

I don't know what they are actually protesting, TBH i havent really looked into it, i just kinda seen the videos of what has been going on and stuff.

A friend of mine that goes to Ryerson was protesting the protesters.

well it started out as just a peaceful protest on cool stuff, totally family friendly, then the black bloq came in, who only some are canadian. they just think that g20 = nwo and they are pretty well known for their violent/retarded acts during the summits towards the hosting cities. then they said they are defending us, spread their propoganda, more uninformed idiots came in, stupid spectators join, hello riots and stupid protest, in come the police
