It's Dim Sum, hanzi's "点心" ....but, isn't dim sim like a dumpling of sorts?

I only know it as Bakpao (Indonesian Chinese version name thing)... but it's my absolute fave. I don't care what's in it, beef, pork or chicken, i guess Pork is best.

I believe you have confused chicken feet with ginger sausage, unless you're referring to the black bean ribs.
