I used to spend 5 hours a day or more on the internet. Playing SRO, browsing FB or just w/e. The thing that helped me was to realize that everything we do here, on the internet, anonymously on a forum, game, or whatever, does absolutely nothing to enhance our lives. Sure we have a good laugh here and there. But is that really worth all the hours you spend on the internet? When your old in gray do you honestly think you'll be proud of the way you wasted your life?
