While I was on vaca

Four chicks, estimated ages 14-16, come up to me and go "um... do you know how to use the dryer??"

....

....

Between those 2 pauses I was resisting the overpowering urge to backhand them. Horrible education system in US, never realized it till now. Next you know they won't know how to make a sandwhich. You rotate a dial 10 degrees and hit the start button, if you've never used a dryer, go to the nearest one and honestly tell me you can't Farking figure that shit out in <1 min.

Btw, my memorial day vaca sucked, how was yours? =)

If girls ask you to dry their towels for them cause they like you then everything I've theorized about girls has been shattered.

And yeah, I'm in college and don't live in Vatican State so too much bait.

Bitch, we still hang our clothes outside to dry.

Maybe they were from Maine and never saw a dryer before.

Not asking you to dry their towels but pretending they don't know something just to have you help them happens pretty often I believe..

But yeah no woman is a woman if she can't properly use such instruments.

The man was enraged with the state of modern women, cut him some slack on the spelling.

I believe that particular edification should come from the home...if their mothers or fathers did not teach them how to use it, blame them, not the school system :)

I learned how to sew and do household chores at a young age. You can't tell me a guy living on his own can't wash clothes, either.

Anyway, maybe they were hitting on ya, were they giving you sideways glances?

My memorial day vacation was spent installing tongue and groove in a 10 x 12 cabin. All things considered, it went well. Next project is moving 6 yards of gravel to my driveway so it doesn't flood. That should be about, oh, 80-90 wheelbarrow trips.

That dryer thing is nothing--my sister once asked me if Obama was black. :palm: This was while she was watching him on the news....

memorial day for me consisted of dealing with my potentially mentally challanged 17 year old sister who had run away saturday morning. she pretty much farked up my whole weekend and my whole families. she just got turned into the authorities last night. due to my mothers inability to maintain proper disipline she will be coming to my home to be put to work and cut off from society for a while.

as a side note, she not to familiar with how to operate a washing machine or dryer either.

@ disconnected we all know hes an alien overlord sent to prepare the way of the beast and antichrist. if she cant figure that out than she needs more help than you can provide.

That's why mom and dad should stop do "everything" for them. Start to teach them doing things by giving home tasks.

They know how to use it, but they wanted more than that.

Dayum SM, what were you thinking ? Shoulda wacked em straight back to the kitchen. Using a dryer takes a lot more skill than cooking, surely they could cook. Dumb Americans ;) No offense so any Americans here.
