Dream/Sleep paralysis

Is it possible that the same dream/vision can occur twice a day? Coz it happened when I'm in a sleep paralysis state I think

it happens. i have experienced sleep paralysis myself many times. and the dream portion of your brain can very well continue to function in your half sleep state.

Yeah, lol. I've often dreamed the same dream twice in a day. Often it happens if I wake up (too early), look at my watch and go to sleep again. Then the dream can often appear again, or even continue.

oh i see, yah i have those dreams, one time i had a dream with this awesome chick, but i woke up, tried to think abt it, but i didnt dream after that, i was so sad.

What really happened is that I got a dream/paralysis about a demon. I didn't see his face because I slept on my right side. He tickle my left ear with his sharp finger, and I can hear his laugh like "hehehe". I sleep in day so the light is supposed to be white. In my case it's red like in hell... Because it's a sleep paralysis I can't move or talk. The only thing I can do is think and breath.

I know it's a demon, and I know that he cannot harm me so I didn't feel the fear any bit. But still I call for God's help like "oh god, plz help me get rid of this fuking demon". It lasts for about 15-20s then I wake up.

Sleep again, and again the same shit happened. This time I try to use all my force to move my hands. It seems that I can move a bit but this time his hand hold one of my hand. My other free hand tried to hide my ear but it seems that his power is 1000x stronger than me so he can move away my hand easily.

After a bit, I gain conscious of real life. The red light is becoming white again.

I work in a Sleep Clinic and I could tell you many things, Silo.

What happened to you is normal, it occurs to many other people. And there are times that you can force dreams like this to happen. There is something that you must do before sleep, so dreams like this occur.

There is also a treatment for it, if you don't want it.

its not a demon, its a dream. you can see and hear things while half awake because the dream center is still active. i have ahad sleep paralysis like 10 times. i actually enjoy it and look for it to happen again. and how would you know hell is red, if it were real id imagine it to be black, or maybe orange from the fire. but since hell is a creation of dante and isnt real id say its all a big dream.

If you like sleep paralysis. You might think about sleep on your chest instead of sleeping normally. From my experience, if you can cause your blood circulation less fluent, heart beat rate decreases, you'll usually have sleep paralysis, see/heard weird things
