im still confused why was that person video taping at that time, why was that car packed with people, what happened to make the car crash, are the people ok?

Only thing I can answer is that the truck was traveling way to fast down that hill as small as it was, and the excess weight of ppl in the back prolly cause the front tires to have a lot less traction causing it to be very difficult to control =[

¬.¬ He could of been recording a bunch of other stuff, and happened to be at the spot and look at the road at that time, then upload that one part of the video.
