I saw it on a Dutch site, didn't think it would get picked up internationally though 
But the "dahsdjagsdas Ahahaha dhaskjgdhsajdhkas" she's saying is just Dutch. She's just talking about checking the quality/cleanliness of the toilets and then this brilliant American decides to wash his hands in the urinals. Then she checks with the people working there to see if it really was a urinal and concludes that he in fact was washing his hands in a urinal.
She's talking English because.. well I don't know, maybe because she can.
