Such a pity there are people that feed their kids till they look like that >.> Seriously they should lock them up. Sure I'm pretty heavy myself but letting a little child/baby what ever it is get that fat is just disturbing.

A lot of comments on this video are really farked up. I don't think that is baby, I think she is speaking too clearly. Need someone who understands Portuguese to be sure, but it looks like a young child with a bone problem.
