I was driving on the highway today, and me and my gf looked over and cracked up laughing... we're horrible

She looked like this, only angrier cuz i kinda slowed down, to get a second glimpse to make sure it was a real snorlax...

Thing is though she looks like a mix between the pic i posted and that demotivational picture where it's like, you have awaken angry snorlax.

Wonder if I drove past an internet celebrity...

Some people are really shallow and put a lot of time and effort into keeping a clean, spic and polished image. Others simply don't care all that much and as long as they are happy with themselves, that's all that matters. Be it fat, thing, till, short, makeup or not, if they are content they do not need to fit into stereotypical beauty. They will face the trial of life as they come, judgment isn't deemed important.

Myself? I'm the aforementioned. But none the less, who really cares if someone is over weight? Does it really matter? Should we really make fun of them? As long as they are content, who cares? Power to the people!

Yesterday, when i was coming home from school i saw this really nice car, and when i looked at the driver, he/she was covering the whole front side -_-.

Yea. I'm cool with fat people. I was just kinda taken aback at meeting the internet meme snorlax in real life.

as fat as the girl in the picture.. is it some sort of disorder or how could someone be that big??

I also felt bad for the people who can't exercise or diet themselves.

My girlfriend and I do the same whenever we see a "Harpoon" (that's what we call them - short for "man the harpoons"). Pretty disgusting though, especially when you see them eating.

How in the fucking hell can anyone get that fat, I've never understood that.

I find such fatness disturbing, that's more like Jabba the Hutt than a human being.

bro.. we had a guy at school like that.. he died from a heart attack when he was 19 >_< . but for your notice that kid all the school loved him .. he was one hell of a funny guy.

It sucks to be a fat person. Some have no control over their eating habits. It's a vicious and hard to escape cycle. Takes a very strong-minded person to break the habit. You eat when ur sad, ur sad cuz u eat.

I had a friend who was overweight in middle school. Poor guy had to keep going to the doctor for respiratory and circulation issues. Played a mean game of basketball though. He'd just bounce us away from the hoop. XD

You always want to be something that you are not. If you find yourself fine as you are then you are lucky.

Just because someone is fat, it doesn't make them any less of a person. Like Goeski pointed out, its a hard lifestlye to escape, but then again, most of the time its their fault for letting themselves go.

Those 3 points also go with the general, well maybe not so much, but as I saw in the ''how tall are you thread'' that many here are really tall, we also have a hard time to get through small places, I just have a tendancy to sweat a lot, even though im not fat, and im 6ft4, 245lbs i will obviously distrub others in their seats cuz im also wide...

Not to mention getting in and out of a normal car, is a fking pain in the ass...

Prob just exercise with her before it got out of hand. I don't really see it coming though. There's a reason i chose my gf. Let's just say I can pick her up with one hand and carry her around the house.

Oh in regards to functionality, health and general mobility issues there are definite problems that come from being overweight and these issues really can't be ignored. But the nature of this thread was mocking the physical appearance of someone who is overweight. So the basis of my post refereed to the image side of someone who is overweight. Does it really matter physically if they are overweight? If they are content with their appearance then that's all that matters, not everyone cares too much about what others think of their appearance.

I do agree with you that there are health implications that occur by being over weight. My sister is very large and had some issues with her first born baby (luckily it all turned out ok, I have a beautiful nephew and niece) and I know she will have other health issues in her life if she doesn't fix up her weight. If this thread was about the health implications of being overweight I would of posted a different post, of course. But this is more in reference to simply appearance. While I myself wouldn't be too content with looking overweight, many people don't care and see it as some what of a petty issue. More power to them I say.
