Those are the same answers I would put down OP.
The first question flows much nicer that way, the second question has nothing wrong and the third question doesn't say 'americans' or 'united state law', so b is correct.
edit
after reading #2 again which is sort of unclear, the last part doesn't fit in so I'd go with C.
-> should be 'those that do not' (have large numbers of such sites).

Thanks. English is my 3rd language, so I'm definitely no expert. But I agree that #2 sounds kinda weird. Does anyone else here want to contribute their 2 cents before I submit the ETS exam?

Wow... obviously I am doing it myself... I'm not asking anyone to write an essay or do hw for me. Apparently you lack intelligence. No wonder you once wrote a post about yourself saying that you are deaf and have no real life friends at all. Not suprising considering your demeanor... poor kid

A. FYI that post was ages ago, I actually do have IRL friends now, go figure.
B. You're doing it yourself, yet you ask on forums before you turn it in? "Does anyone else here want to contribute their 2 cents before I submit the ETS exam?"
C. You are a fuckwit. Don't have a good day, I wont be seeing you.

1. The paragraph is supposed to suggest that Harvey extended the research of Ibn Nafis. This means the second sentence has to be (3) making the correct answer C.
2. The correct answer is C--it should say "than those that do not".
3. It says nothing about United States law so it shouldn't mention Japanese law either. The correct answer is B.
