i like the changes in the logo
but the search results with the left panel no

I hate the new google homepage, everything looks to bright for some reason. the new left panel is meh, will need time to get used to it

they should put an option to revert it back to the old interface imo

I hate the left bar. It just annoys me and I hate it, I wish I could get rid of it.

I hope everyone hates it and we can switch back to the old style.

Yeah, it hurts my eyes.

I don't really mind the bar on the left, but it has zero functionality so it might as well be gone...

Why must google change stuff, 1st youtube now this ffs.

ah, now you guys mention the left menu bar... it kinda annoys me. i just noticed yesterday, tho i clicked on something and the menu pop up.

If I wanted news or images I click the ones up top..?

Seriously, they really blew it with the "Google Search" and "I'm Feeling Lucky" boxes. Square static boxes with simple gradient maps? Seriously? A first year design student knows that looks like shit.

for us we may find it annoying and somehow useless...

but seriously... people here are loving it, specially the people who just tested the internet.

Oh noes, Google changed their interface, what ever shall I do?

At first I thought I didn't like it but after playing around with it a little, I like it a lot actually.

I like how uniformed everything seems now. With the side bar there only the middle content changes so it seems a lot like a classic website with the left pane navigation, top heading/alternate navigation staying constant and only the page content changing. I like this a lot actually and it makes transitions between image, map and web searches seems much more fluid.

I like the tool options as well. The WonderWheel is quite a handy tool when I'm looking for specific information for an assignment but don't know too much about the subject matter. Also quick access to date filters is great. The "less or more shopping sites" feature is good as well as I spend a lot of time researching products then finding price comparisons between them. Quick access to these features just makes the overall searching process quicker.

The only thing I dislike about it is that it makes the individual search results seem pretty small. I have a bad monitor size and don't have great resolution. There is all this free space to the right side of the page that I believe they could of used much more efficiently. Apart from that I like it quite a lot, anything that improves my browsing and searching speed is a wonderful thing.

I don't know many streets in the US with Fa Yuen, or cities called Mong Kok, so Google says that's in Hong Kong. It's just me, doesn't bother me about the rest, I'll just use the other one with the redirect.
