Musicplayer on Nokia.

Post by panterr »

Yeah. It sucks?
All mp3 details are all right in iTunes, but when I copy the mp3 files to my mobile phone, and open them in the music player it's like

Code: Select all

Name:Red hot chili peppers - Otherside
Artist: Red hot chili peppers
Album: Otherside

or

Code: Select all

Name: Unknown artist - Red hot chili peppers - Otherside
Artist: Unknown artist
Album: Otherside

But it has to be;

Code: Select all

 Name : Otherside
Artist: Red hot chili peppers
Album: Otherside

Anybody knows how to solve this? Because it really annoys me, and I don't want to have done all this for nothing..

change filename?

Nope. All the file names are exactly the same 'code'.
1 - 2
1 out of 3 songs is correct, it gets 1 as artist and 2 as track title.
But the others, exactly the same build of name, it gets 1 - 2 as track title, and thinks there's no artist.

right click song > properties > details tab > change info
