I watch sci-fi to. I could have thought of those same things. I'm not doubting her story because no one can know for sure except herself, but it sounds like something from a movie...

Whatever her baby was it wasn't a creature that stands on two legs. The eyes are on the sides of the head and its hind legs wouldn't allow it to stand straight very well. It looks like a dead animal found its way inside her body. Human like features? I don't see it.
