A FEDERAL court declared unanimously April 6 that media corporations--and not the public--can dictate who uses the Internet and what they use it for.

Money talks with more conviction than any court ruling. If the local ISP is going to block their subscribers those subscribers are going to switch ISPs. Any ISP wouldn't want that to happen so this whole blocking idea will have to take a back seat.
