Its worth reading or very least flicking though all that but after reading it myself im disapointed i expected much more and will argue it has potential as the drivers mature but glad i changed my plans and am going to hold off getting this. It will likly lead to an impressive successor at some point this year when this technology has had some time to mature a bit but what are your views.

I am also waiting for a couple i told you so's from certain people who told me some of this even before they officially tested it granted that was speculation gathered from ati forums but with all speculation some is hit and some is miss in this case based on heat and performance you where right though it does have much potential

I prefer http://www.anandtech.com/ for my reviews but ya, lets just say NVIDIA didn't deliver.

soo... does this mean that AMD/ATI will still retain the crown?

LOL no wonder AMD is not concentrating on CPU... they're in the GPU :D

yea, wtf these cards are shit agaisnt ati. until nvidia releases the GTX495 X4 or something stupid that will require 1000w. i am disapoint nvidia

edit: wait im reading this benchmark wrong!

ok the card look descent now that im thinking straight. they compared it to 2 crossfire and ati top of the line. these results make more sense now. looks good i think but hopefully prices are low.

You wont see a dual GPU card based on fermi till next year at the earliest because of the amount of heat that the chips give off, they will have to wait untill they have moved to either a 32 or most probably a 28nm chip inorder to keep the power requirements and heat output down.
