What do you think will our world look like in 2050 (in 40 years)?
In which ways will science/technology be revolutionized?
What will cities like New York look like?
What will the population be like?
Can't wait to hear your opinions on this

Oh, and please don't post "The world will end in 2012 anyways."
I know people will do so, now that I said they shouldn't.

somewhere around 2030 china is going to think they are king of the world and rear their ugly head and start a WWIII and the earth will explode from 10000000 atom bombs.

Got you.
Isn't there a period in childhood where the kid always says the exact opposite of what the parent says? Like around 12 years?
@Jstar1
Don't think so, I think China's inner problems with communism and low wages will in the end ruin it.

Technology can only go so far advancement wise.
There is a limit and a theory about it. I don't remember what it's called though.

Come on be serious people, Star Trek/Stargate SG-1 FTW. Or Wall-E I could totally see Wall-E happening.

Wall-E, Mass Effect, Star Wars. Who the hell knows? Anything can happen. We may accidentally discover something incredible tomorrow. But I agree with nanotechnology changing our lives. Sending tiny robots into our system to track down and cure diseases, blood clots or cancer...

You took the wrong colour of red xD
I think we'll all just be having things like touch screen computers, you need to scan it with fingerprint to login. Also gaming will be like real life I assume by then, where you can put on goggles and all, and just feel like the person you're impersonating. That would be cool

Technologie can only go as far as our understanding but in saying that as technologie goes further our understanding of how things work in both out world and universe grow in theory technology is as infinite as the universe. but as with all theorys there are others to contradict or oppose this. even evolution although the opposing theory is laughable

the simpsons showed the year 2000 as flying cars and teleport tubes
so in 2050 nothing will have changed. We just don't want it, even the self automated vacuum thing that strolls around on its own wasnt welcomed.

The human body complexity is still far beyond our understanding. One missed gene or gene placed in the wrong location would transform you into a monster.
