If it's a waste then I'd say it's a waste. I don't give a fuck if it's symbolic or it has anything to do with religion or not. Imagine the amount of people in the world you could save with that amount of blood. Imagine how much energy and food your human body used to generate that amount blood.

What if the time and money spent protesting went to charity then? It's just another tool used by the protesters like their blood, so why don't you use that as an argument? Imagine all the people they could save using that time and money..

and taking that into account these people are willing to throw it away for their cause. Calling the blood protest a waste would be like saying going on a hunger strike is waste of time. On the overall you're doing more damage to yourself than to your opponents but its the message that you're willing to do that kind of thing that makes it such a gesture.

You're an idiot because when these civillians are throwing their blood at their gov't demanding change and a response you have the nerve to call it was waste but for the past 8 years we've been fighting two wars on two different fronts and you didn't mention anything about wasted blood then. Surely the lives of all those soldiers and civilians dead is blood spilled that could have served a better purpose. You didn't say anything about the needless waste of blood when suicide bombers kill themselves and everyone else around them. You didn't say anything about all the "wasted" resources that have gone into this war effort that could've been better spent elsewhere, all the wasted oil, coal, money, etc. During all of this you spent your retarded days making retarded post about ghost and magic boards and a ton of other stupid shit but when these people decide they are sick and tired of their gov'ts regime and decide to stand up for themselves and protest by throwing their own blood, that they know they've worked for, their own life energy...that they would throw this at the capitol as a sign of protest NOW is when you speak up about wasting shit...NOW its a big deal and people are being stupid...NOW this the time to call people out on it...


It's not a waste if it serves a purpose, they have your attention, they have their Gov'ts attention, they have the worlds attention. Oh so tell me the reason they can't? No matter what type of person you are, you still have to go shopping, have some fun, have a kid, have a wife. You can't protect them forever. Whether it's a sniper or fake beggar on the road. You can't be 100% secure.
