I am currently working with a friend helping her make a presentation on stress, she has center a 8 hour presentation around this and she wants some custom images but I don't have my photoshop as I'm using her laptop so does anyone know of any legal image editing programs i can download for free that can cut custom portions of images out and maintain transparency when pasted over another obect

I don't know about programs... I think Gimp might be free but I'm not sure.
