perhaps get yourself busy? go see friends? go into a public place when you feel the urge? idk don't see why you need to stop unless its getting to be to much. i can't really help you all to much because of well.....lack of being a man

Don't read hentai/doujins, don't watch provocative anime/movies/cartoons/television shows, don't play video games with an abundance of fan service, wear boxer briefs, and hang out with your friends. Getting a woman won't help, you'll just end up fapping due to BBS.
