we're up to 135 centimeters
I haven't gone to school since Thursday, and I won't be back til at least monday
that's about 12 days, if not more.
There are at least 3 cars getting stuck in front of my house every day, the roads are shit, and trees are falling down left and right.
here's a pic of the road

2012?

With all these snow days, do they roll over into your summer vacation?
For instance, here in Texas, when I was in HS, if we missed for snow (twice in my life, total of 3 days) we had to make it up at the end of the year. So, our summer break was actually a few days shorter from making up the snow days.
Seems you wouldn't even have a summer with as much snow as you get up north.

In my school district, we have 3 snow days. if we get more snow days, they take away holidays like presidents day etc, then take away days from spring vacation. then they take away days from summer.

Yeah thats pretty much how it works in my area as well. But even though we get a lot of snow it doesnt paralyze everyone like it seems to do elsewhere.. its just snow. We dont have school called unless theres 15+ inches on the ground between 11pm-5am

Yeah, this is one weird winter...
I'm in western europe and it's been farked up here.
I work for a belgian company, and they have had a RECORD amount in the length of traffic jams today, and my own country, Holland, reached #17 on the top 20 today.
We have such a farked up winter pattern this year it's insane.
Though DC is supposed to be super crazy

Yeah isnt El Nino getting annoying. Still annoying how all these states are getting attention down here for getting snow...yet we were totally screwed in Dec and people act like it never happened. But on a side note, were under a blizzard warning now, happy days.
