Upload your videos to web (not youtube)

Anything else rather than youtube to upload your videos? nice quick easy to understand, I dont like youtube for uploading my videos, I just want some private thing, I want to share with you guys and my other friends which dont have facebook my skiing videos...
I know that you can have a ''private'' video on youtube, but please stick to the question

Well I used to watch videos on Dailymotion but i think that's only popular in Canada and I'm not sure if there are Canadians here.

well that's a vague assumption. i don't know anyone up here that go to dailymotion.
