Random Thought.

This might be spam, who knows, but I had this random thought while watching Jurassic Park 3 (was on movie channel.)
That huge dinosaur with the fin, soon after everyone finds each other and runs from it, bashes through that enormous security fence as if it isn't even there. So they run into the small building that leads to the pterodactyl cage. It's right behind them when they manage to close the small double sided door and bar it...
Yet how in the hell is it able to bash through that massive steel security fence, but not a tiny door? Sense, you make none.

Well with all those big locks on that building, might of been reinforced and stuff, doors looked pretty hard to move.
Fence also looked easily broken, like it wasn't really that strong.
But its kinda stupid you just hear a tiny little thud. I would think it would of been able to do some damage though too.

It's a movie, that's based on realism as much as a movie about people bringing dinosaurs to life on an island can be real... I hate when people use the "it's a movie" excuse as if it can be applied to every damned movie.

Maybe the dinosaur was exhausted after using all his power to break open the stronger fence!

It might be easier to break the larger door because the farthest edge of the door is farther than the hinge (more torque). With a smaller door, the farthest edge of the door might not allow the dinosaur to put enough force to break it open.

Aren't the fences in Jurassic Park set up with a large amount of electric current (30,000+ watts?) going through it? Maybe they fences are designed to be a bit weaker and rely on the electric current to either slow down or disable any dinosaur that tries to break through. A stronger fence would be more expensive, multiplied by the hundreds of acres of land the fences have to cover.
Just a random thought for your random thought

makes sense, if the outer fences were ment to carry electrical power they wouldn't be as resistant themselves, so when the power went out they lost their effectiveness

jurassic park 3 was a shit movie to begin with.
another plot hole is at the very end when grant's friend calls in the US navy and theres helicopters and carriers, which doesn't make sense because why the **** would the navy decide to send in a ton of equipment to some island simply because some woman called them saying that grant was being attacked by dinosaurs.
