I had some thoughts on how cool it would to be live on a planet like pandora, but not to the extent of suicide.

Within the fan community, suggestions for battling feelings of depression after seeing the movie include things like playing "Avatar" video games or downloading the movie soundtrack, in addition to encouraging members to relate to other people outside the virtual realm and to seek out positive and constructive activities.

I'm not scared of oversized Smurfs. But it is indeed scary to commit suicide just so you can be born in some imaginary world.
I will watch the movie of course. But those people need to value their life more. It's not perfect but it can be worse.
