how come everytime i try to dl something using a torrent program my internet cut off for like 1 or 2 min? and then reconnect and dl for a couple of mins then cut off again?
Limit your upload slots per torrent to 4 to 8, peers to less then 100 or 75, play around with it.
More peers connected = more data send back and forth = packet windowing will fail and your router just won't take all the failures, barks, and information going back and forth with so many sessions initialized at once.
