Problem installing / uninstalling

I have a game; Evil Twin.
I tried installing it once, I installed, but it was bugged. uninstalled (or most likely deleted).
now I'm trying another download... It says that my old one is not uninstalled, however I don't have the actual files on the computer. So now it won't let me install the game again until it is officially uninstalled -.-.

how to fix?

Revo Uninstaller: http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninstall ... 87648.html

It's clean and free. :)

Check your programs if it's still there.
Search your computer for any files related to the game. (search by creators and game name) and delete these. If you can't find anything, and you can't install it because it says that it's already installed, then you have no option but to delete every registry key.

XP
Start > run > regedit > Select "Computer" at the top of the list on the left side and click Edit -> Find (CTRL+F) (search for anything related to the game (name and creators name)) and delete this. Always read the files before deleting them! the search "evil twin" should not find anything that is not related to the game, therefore i suggest you use a fast key combo.

Vista/W7
Start -> type "regedit" -> Enter -> and do the same as above from here.

When you have found the first one (by doing the above) then you can just spam this combo:
F3 --> Del --> Enter --> repeat. (find, delete, confirm).
It will be a few 100 of these combos before they are all gone. Possibly less considering it's probably a small game.

only 1 important thing: if the creators name includes anything in the name like "win" or "zip" or "file" or "bin" or anything that is also in your computer somewhere, don't spam the deleting described above as that will have you delete important stuff.

But doing this with "evil twin" is perfectly safe.

used the revo uninstaller, worked fine for me.
Did you use the best deletion mode? did you check all the bolded stuff?
