Self-Resistance Training

Basically, this is about building muscle without the use of weights.I tried some of the stuff and actually feel some soreness. Even if you think it's BS, it would still be a good read imo. Enjoy.

jeez, the background of the site doesn't make me want to read much
and the fat guy doesn't seem to have a nice body

Like he says on the page, resistance will cause muscles to grow, but with these exercises you're not really using your time to its optimum.

I'd rather use weights or at the very least resistance bands (which it seems he does mention?) to get much quicker results along with better strength gains.

Still, any exercise is better than no exercise. I've done the P90X workout that uses resistance bands and toned up pretty nicely. P90X will make you a pull up master, lol.

there are vibrate machines that also give the same outcome
