60 vs 75

I have recently been having trouble seeing late at night. I usually work on my computer for most of the day, and by 8:00pm or so my eyes start to get blurry and it is hard to make out what is on the screen.
I have a feeling that it might be the 60hz screen on my laptop. Has anyone heard of such a thing where a specific refresh rate hurts their eyes?
I am used to 75hz. I have always had 75hz screens.
Thanks.

It's not the monitor man, it's simply your body saying 'gtfo the computer. get off now or suffer my major hangover-like headaches >:('

haha, that would be amazing if I could find a way to pull myself away from the computer, however with my classes and workload it just simply isnt possible, but thanks anyway.

My cousin use some kind of eyedrops wich makes her eyes more comfortable when its gets 'blurry'...

Wear sunglasses lol. That's what I did when I started seeing halos thanks to a possible ophthalmic migraine problem.

Could always pick up some Gunnar glasses, helps with eye fatigue and computer vision syndrome. I have a pair and they do help.

I will say that changing refresh rates may help.
A lot of people are more comfortable using the computer for longer if their rates are up in the 70s. It's less stressful on your eyes.
