Shoutout and question for all you philosophers out there in this forum
I've been trying to study philosophy now for quite a long time (mostly just by myself). There are easier texts ive read such as plato and confuscius, but recently ive been looking into more dificult texts, and it especially blows my mind off at how dense and difficult some of the texts are. (right now im reading Soren Kierkegaard)
So my question is what has been the single most difficult text you've tried to read? Im talking about teh most complicated and dense text.
Im just gonna check it out and see how crazy it can get. i wont even try understanding it

I failed my phil course last term because I forgot to show up for my final (oops) that was worth like 40-50% of my grade.

I'd hope you are not being coy because you would be to Philosophy what McDonald's is to fine dining.

Right now I'm reading up on existentialism; it has works from Sartre, Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, Kafka, Heidegger, Dostoevsky, as well as others. So far, I've only read from Sartre and Jasper. I'm looking forward to reading Nietzsche, because his work can be pretty out there.
Nietzsche's only written book "Thus spoke Zarathustra" can be really confusing; it has pretty difficult text.

Nietzsche.. Not necessarily dense, but VERY complex, and depressing.
Kant I like also, not as complicated.
Locke is easy though, these are my three favorite.
