It honestly depends on her personality. Is she shiny material thing, sentimental, or self reliant. We can't really suggest much that will work for everyone unless you tell us your situation more.

Taking her out / ordering something nice while watching a movie is nice.
Or if you know her real interests it shouldn't be so hard, really depends on what type of girl she is etc. since it should be a pretty personal gift I can't really give advice on it.

home cooked dinner would likly make her happy or just guessing a rock concert (not a big name you know them small bands you find in some clubs that sort of thing if your old enough to drink) but she loves you as you are so dont worry about it so much get something you think she will like even if your not sure can always take it back to the shop
