Lol'd so hard when I first read that little "disclaimer." I'm guessing his parents never gave him much attention when he was a kid, which is why he's striving for some of it now =S

First off even if they had chips in 20 dollar bills what would that prove to accomplish. They would be tracking pretty much everyone who has money…

I dropped my twenty into a microwave for 1 minute. Nothing happened. Sigh.
