but it just came out and they had presale promos and tons of shit, you would think they might get by with only like 5% off or something.

Why not just buy it as a gift or put everything on a steam account and give someone the account?

because if you buy it as a gift you have to send it out when you purchase you cant hold on and then send it out, altho i could do the account method, i dont think having 30+ accounts with my payment info would be a good idea.

Uhh I gifted my friend TF2 and for like a week he didn't accept it. I could've resend that gift to anyone else during the time. I'm not sure if it lasts like that forever or steam is an asshole and deletes it overtime.

In store was the same price yesterday. Why not? Again it increases sales so much. When ever you put shit on sale people rush to buy it. It's true. Look at garry's mod which many people have no idea the hell it is. It was put $5 for a few days and it sold 10% of it's sales.


Also L4D1 is $7.50. They're desperate to sell that obviously.

my friend got l4d2 for $25 and boarderlands for $20 yesterday during black friday, sick.

and i would be giving these accounts away that is why i care. These purchases would not be for me.

Create an account, and gift it to those accounts. No private information given out then.

if the game goes on sale in the beginning it will get the people who were thinking about buying it to buy it. they then will tell their friends that its on sale then they tell their friends. see where this is going?
