Think that's a boil or an abscess, not a zit.
The accumulation of pus in the skin (due to infection); she says "that's the worst smell, blah blah:" Bad smells usually detail infection, and the size of it...I don't believe an enclosed pore could get that large without damaging the skin >.>
However, never seen a boil/abscess being lanced before, was one of those cool to see for the first time type of deals.
