"The Lovely Bones" centers on a young girl who has been murdered and watches over her family and her killer from heaven. She must weigh her desire for vengeance against her desire for her family to heal. Oscar nominee Mark Wahlberg and Oscar winners Rachel Weisz and Susan Sarandon star along with Stanley Tucci, Michael Imperioli and Oscar nominee Saoirse Ronan.





Looks like a pretty interesting film/book. The visuals strongly reminds me of "What Dreams May Come" (1998).

For a second there I was thinking of On The Road. lol.

Yeah I was just talking to my gf about it and she said she was thinking of reading the book before but never had the chance to do so. I might go to Barnes & Nobles after next week's exam =p

Movie's on my list, as well as The Road. I love the imagery Jackson used for the "in-between". Looks like a good suspense movie too.
