Tequila says after the group took the ecstacy, it was off to the bedroom. She says Merriman was with two women and wanted Tequila to be a part of the party. When she refused and wanted to leave Merriman’s home, she says Shawne became violent.
“He tackled me down to the couch just like how he tackles those football guys,” she told us. “I couldn’t breathe. Then I felt my eyes starting to pop out of my head cause the blood was cutting off from my neck. I was scared for my life.”

first of all, she was drunk, although she denies it cuz she says shes "allergic" but cmon who didnt watch her drink at that dumbass show she made on mtv...
second, LOL! if Shawne would have tackled her like he did to those "football guys", bitch wouldve been dead by now, hes 2 1/2 times her size!!!
third, her 15 minutes of fame are almost up, so she needs to do whatever she can to extend those 15 minutes... she says shes giving the lawsuit money all to charity... it dusnt matter, its for the publicity, any idiot could figure that out, any kind of publicity is good publicity right?
