Keep in mind, the person who made that does not intend on releasing how, it was done offline, and was done on a Dev Kit.
One of the few hacks that can be done online is modding the clan name to use "locked" words, like Nazi or swear. Don't worry though, cheating in match making can't ever happen

The day he uploaded the video he said that it was more of an accident, he thought he was trowing a grenade. He didn't even know he could trow knifes then.
