Okay basically all my msn contacts have disappeared from my list. I have absolutely nobody on my list, but it doesn't seem like they've actually been deleted. I added my friend back, and I asked him if he got one of those contact add confirmations, and he said no. It looks like a new msn with no contacts on it when I open msn :\
I let my friend go on my msn on his computer and he said that all my contacts appeared to be there for a second, then they all started to disappear.

I've tried everything from restarting msn to clearing my contact cache list. I even went on Meebo, but even that said I didn't have any contacts!

Has anybody else encountered a problem like this and/or know how to fix it?
Help would be greatly appreciated.

ya seems like u just have to do like in the above link posted.
also it happened to me when i switched, one month ago to the last windows live 2009. i had to wait 3 days, then all functions + the whole contact list was there. weird lol.

If not, im pretty sure maybe it's a lag connection of a new version of msn?

But the thing is, i've had the newest msn since it MADE us switch to it which was sometime in Sept.

I accidentally had a few letters typed in to the contact search... if you type like "afgsdasd" there you're list is gone

not sure but can you try logging into msn via Miranda IM?

Or maybe reinstall MSN? Idk... =S

No problems on my MSN+ so far.

I've followed the instructions on the link provided on the 2nd post, but they just led me to another support service lmao

ADD EVERYONE BACK. NOT LIKE YOU HAVE A LOT OF FRIENDS.

I haven't been able to even use msn since I was also forced to update.

Yes. I've tried logging into meebo, but even that says I have no contacts. I've got them to send me my contact list before it disappeared though, now I have to add them all back one by one -_____-
