i go to the gym monday, wednesday and friday for like 2 and half hours

usually switch between caffs, arm, triceps,lower back abs and other


what is ur workout schedule share if u may :D

nice schedule man, i wanted to go fitness too make big muscle haha, but i can't make time for it... since
Monday; boxing 2hours
Tuesday; kickboxing 2 hours
Wednesday; boxing 2 hours
Thursday; kickboxing 2 hours
Friday; boxing 2 hours
Saturday; FREEE!!!! :D
sunday; full sparing.

Monday: Chest / Triceps + Abs
-Bench Press
-Incline BP
-Close Grip BP or Decline
-DB flies
-DB Press
-Tri Pushdowns
-Skullcrushers
-Dips

Tuesday: Legs + 10min jog
-Squats
-Inclined Leg Press
-Calf Press
-Leg extensions
-Leg Curls

Wednesday: Back / Biceps + 10min jog
-Deadlifts
-Bent-over row
-Seated row machine
-Close and wide chin and pullups
-Weighted Supermans
-DB Rows
-Preacher Curls
-Concentration Curls

Thursday: Shoulder / Traps + Abs
-BB Military Press
-Alternating DB Press
-Front Raises
-Side Raises
-Shrugs
Abs = Leg lifts, Weighted crunches, hanging leg lifts, side pulls.

Fri: Off, Sat: Off, Sun: Off

Protein / creatine shake after each workout with a banana.

I've been wanting to sit down and write my entire workout down.. perfect timing here. :D

i do a 3day split

tuesday :back/biceps/traps

thursday : chest/triceps/shoulders

saturday : legs + abs

Meh, mines like EvGas but simpler and more basic. I do around half the amount of exercises, but half the time i have to rely on just using dumbbells. :(

When I was at home this summer I didn't do as many exercises, but now I've got access to the university gym... it's badazz.

I go to the gym 5 days a week (well not recent, because my car broke down. -_-)
I work on my biceps, triceps, abdominal area even though I don't have a six pack.. yet :wink: do shitload of cardio to keep up with my stamina (since I'm joining the U.S Airforce)

On rare occasions I go to the gym on Saturdays as well.

I just do some abs and chest exercises (push ups etc) before hit the bath and its been working for me so no gym, even tho i had like 1 year of Taekwon but gave up =(

Don't really have a workout schedule, at school i go to the weight room during study hall (30 mins) on mondays/tuesdays/wednesdays. Just chest press/lat pull down/the leg exercising thing. Soccer on weekends, though the seasons coming to the end soon :(

and I do pushups and abs all three days. I'm supposed to run all three days too but I've been slacking on that :banghead:

dumbbells are great probably better than a bar because you use all your supporting muscles, and of course bars are better than machines because machines tend to isolate the working muscle not working the supporting muscle. for every exercise you can do with a bar or machine there is one for dumbbells.

For sure, dumbbells are great.

The main thing i miss though when not going to a gym, is the pull-up bar. So many people underestimate how good they are.

I eat 50 raw eggs then I bench press two angry grizzly bears with my chest while I lift 60lbs with each finger.

Not really trying to get toned, I just like to keep my body in shape, I do gym twice a week for like an hour, I do the same on both days, run/bike for 15~20 mins, work out chest, back, triceps, biceps, and abs.

I also have another two hours from school.

Well this is because I'm still growing up, when I'm around 20~ I'll want to pick up on a more serious thing.

Indeed! I much prefer dumbbells over machines. DB Flies and DB presses are my favorites for chest workouts. However, machines do have their place.. they can be much safer, especially when you don't have a spotter. For me, I sometimes have trouble getting the DBs up above my shoulders when doing overhead DB presses on shoulder days.. Our gym has a shoulder press machine so I use that on days I want to go really heavy.

But in general DB > machines.

Eh, I hate working out. Since I am in highschool I just play basketball for my school and we run a lot in practice so I'm pretty skinny.

ditto, 'cept the whole "not working on keeping weight down" .... I was lucky enough to inherit my mom's eating habits:

skip breakfast 'n the majority of the time, lunch, while I might eat dinner if I'm not too tired to cook, that and I no real desire for fast food...lol

Seriously;
I have wrestling practice 5 days a week, from 2pm to around 4-~5pm
We run almost 1.5miles each day.. then wrestle of course. (fridays we lift weights, clean,bench,pullups mainly ) we also sprint and other stuff
Also have weight lifting tuesdays and fridays.. We mainly just Bench, Clean, Leg press, and squat. Wedesnday i also have weight lifting, but its free lift.
I'm going to start running on sundays.

My schedules alot harder than it seems, cause i have practice right after weight lifting on the days i have it, its tiring, and makes me so sore T_T lol
