I'm all times AC/DC fun i seen them twice in concert...

I saw this in youtube and it got me thinking, am Latino i like her alot mostly when she dances xD...I wanted see some else opinion of it.

I like Shakira a lot but this song sucked.

Ugh, Horrible. Ruins the song because it just sounds bad, like Taylor Swift singing with Def Leppard doing Photograph.

What a bitc h "Artists" these days need to learn to make their own shit. Simply changing the lyrics/music a tiny bit does not make it original. I can't wait till this generation of (c)Rap, and other "covers" dies off. We really need real music back.

I agree wiht you with half of it...Some Artists like her dont try take songs from other Artists and make there own original they call it Tribute to them(if you can understand what am trying tell you here). I try think that song in her style is kinda sexy for a bad ass song

Some covers work, some don't. This one didn't really hit the spot for me. Maybe it sounded pretty nice for other people but that's completely based on their opinion. Shakira's a pretty decent artist - no I don't listen to her but I give credit to people who deserve it.

There's this cover version of the song 'sweet child o mine' by some female pop artist; she basically whispered the lyrics throughout the song while changing the tone from time to time and IIRC, that wasn't the first GnR song she raped. I don't know her name but I remember hearing it in the hotel lobby where I work as a part-time auditor several times. I never bothered to check the CD since the owners and managers have such shitty taste for music. That cover was nothing but trash.

just cuz someone does a cover doesnt mean they arnt artists
ppl do covers cuz they love that song
nirvana did the cover to the man who sold the world
the smiths did a beatles cover
fob did a micheal jackson cover
they have skill and talent

they like that song so let em put their spin on it

If they want to pay tribute, they can go to the original artists house and give them a foot rub, not rape that which was once awesome. If they have talent then they need to make what ever they're redoing sound awesome. Theres very few covers I like, one of which is Tainted Love by soft cell. Most covers do suck, however. Some things just should not be changed, Back in Black was one of those things.
