cheap plastic mask, trust me you dont need effort, back when i was walking the streets with my bag i always had 3-5 masks with me, this increases your gain very least carry 2 as your going to make a return journy home anyways right?
if your out on the night mask isnt that important at all go for make up something like the joker and attire to suite this, if you dont want to do that wear black cloths, a bed/pillow case or something black as a cape + vampire teeth and your done. but going out got to remember wear shoes i wore black trainers to match what i was wearing last and the club didnt let me in...dispite it been fancy dress

Dunno what to say, but heres what I'm doing, maybe it'll spark some ideas for you.
Me and a bunch of my other friends (8 people+) are all going to wear these hazmat suits my mom makes; so we'll all be matching and look like we're some crew ^_______^
All the suits look like this:
