how would u compare

umm i am doing a research project for englis. the topic is astronomy comparing it from the Renaissance period to modern up to this point. but i there is only the discovery of telescope and milky way during the period . can somone tell me what i should compare it with

A gazillion more things than that were discovered man. From the Renaissance onwards we actually really started learning about astronomy...

Don't hold the Milkyway into one hand.
Use every discovery WITHIN the milkyway. I mean, they discovered pluto way after uranus, so... use that...
hehe.. uranus.. still makes me giggle...
