How the **** do you come up with a recipe like that?
Sugar and vegetables? Seriously? An entire cup of Farking vinegar? <insert rest of the mind boggling ingredients>

Sometimes I see fat people and I ask myself how the hell they can let it come that far, but then I see this, and I'm surprised she can still walk. Seriously.

6.8k calories for 1 bowl..ehh..should be about 1k per serving but..uhh..

I doubt I'll try it out even if it only had 100 cal per serving since it looks disgusting.

Serve that shit as a side for the Heart Attack Grill Burger special.

im not a fan of anything thats made mostly of mayo, i think its cute that people add the word salad to it. That being said im not sure who taught her how to cook but adding macaroni and some vegetables to a bowl of sugar, cream, vinegar, and mayo is disgusting. I like sugar, i love sugar but she goes too far...

You realize that one spoon of that would be a glob of cream, sugar, and mayo with like a piece of macaroni and a few bits of veggies...

Hmmm, 6805 calories, 358g fat, 68 sat fat total.

So, 8 servings in that big azz bowl? 850 cal, 44.75g fat - 8.5g of which are sat fat in a serving.

By no means considered "healthy", but not really that bad either. Everything is unhealthy in excess. Just say'in...

It still has like 1 gram of protein in the entire bowl.

Wouldn't eat. I hate the mayo based salads you can buy from markets and that looks even worse.
