You'll need to give us a whole bunch more info.

Did you recently install anything? Any drivers? Hardware?

uhh yeah you probably downloaded a virus. Open up in safe mode and try to figure out if its not a virus, other than that you'll have to reboot your computer

if all else fails you could try running combofix, but make sure you read the disclaimer first. it's a very powerful tool, but potentially dangerous too in the hands of an experienced person. so use it as a last resort. another option would be to just nuke your hard drive and get some linux lovin

Start up in safe mode (f8 when pc loads) and delete the no-cd crack. If it still happens run a virus and spy ware check.

If it opened the command prompt window, you probabaly opened a bad .bat file, which can pretty much do anything to your computer. In 1 setence it can delete your entire system32 folder making your computer a very expensive paper weight.

Your only option is to reinstall windows, and i would recommend formatting too.

You make it sound as if that's his only option, which it isn't.

Well, of course it will solve it but reformatting or OS reinstalling should always be a last resort. Do what Azilius suggested (1. Delete CD crack in Safe Mode 2. Run a full AV and Spyware scan) and see if that doesn't fix the problem.

As for keygen music, I would like to contribute this http://www.keygenmusic.net/. 8)

It's the easiest option; It's what i would do.
