Lol I used to live in the Philippines so I know how the insides of a cheap internet cafe looks (and smells) like. It's pretty typical there. Back then (like 2003) when DSL wasn't that popular and everyone used pre-paid dial-up connection, you'd hear the little high school kids yelling "LAAAAAAGGGGGG" whenever someone's browsing the internet and lagging their Ragnarok Online connection. People also have a bad habit of crowding behind your back, watching your monitor. And browsing for porn and gore. I remember in 1 of the "cafes," the owner was trying to have underage girls on webcame in YM

Same thing in India
The price was 10Rs per hour (it's like 0.20USD) and like 3/4 people were watching porn for 1 hour straight

That and because it's a crappy sausage party internet "cafe" that smells like a sweatshop crowded with loitering high school students with very low standards; I personally find most of them extremely irritating

1. Internet cafe are only smelly during week ends where people dont mind taking showers cuz they are more concerned about lvl-ing up their char. The Habit Still continues
2. LAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGG is still a popular excuse for loosing in DotA
, no connection loss thought minimum speed is 3mbs and its fast for torrents you can back to Philippines now inky the internet is fast 3. The Legacy of people crowding in your back is still lives on and its getting more annoying -.- specially when they bump you, and you can feel their penis rubbing you, seriously this is farked up
4. it increased more than ten folds this year O_O i have a list that filled a whole yellow pad before, >_> too bad i lost it
5. wait for old people going inside an internet cafe at 1AM thats they're favorite time
