they have sharp teeth and round eyes...i can go find you pokemon that fit the same profile...even that aside the other features that i mentioned which could be used to differentiate this picture from the millions of others that also have sharp teeth an round eyes aren't even present...

Not only that the the guy in your avatar is clearly wearing some kind of outfit as you can see the outline and details of them in the silhouette...

Was thinking that too, but a fanart, I have all the comics and nothing of that is in it. If it was him, it's definitely a fanart or some sorts. Also, johnny's hair is shorter then that.

It could be a Naruto kyubi fan art as well or a mix of multiple anime characters.
