was it "rape" rape? WTH. There is no discussion on severity of rape. It is, or is not.

Giving drugs to a 13 year old girl and having sex with her is rape.
She doesn't do it under her own will ... hell with it she is underage..
And it doesn't freakin matter if he did it America, Europe or some jungle it's the same thing.

That's pretty screwed up!
This issue of rape and not rape .. What he did to that child was absolutely disgusting.
For ****'s Sake! She was only 13 years old.

Yeah, it appears that she was just standing up for polanski, but she couldn't find the words. Anyway, he was arrested on a "rape-related charge" and now he won't come back to the US to face the charges. Really upsets me that she stands up for the guy when his actions seem to be convicting him already.
