I have never watched Glenn Beck, but my ultra-liberal friend accuses me of watching him.

He reminds me of Rush Limbaugh only worse. Rush at least I could take as entertainment. This guy just makes conservatives look bad.

I couldnt even watch it long enough to really care. Its also very hard to hear on my crappy speakers, could you quote exactly what he said that was about "godless murder"?

Seriously, What a load of fck crap!

I don't see why people even debate about what is on fox news or more specificity what Beck talks about. The network doesn't cover the news it covers what it needs to in order to get its point across to its audience of misguided and miss informed people.

I don't understand the reasoning behind arguing that the lack of religion would cause people to murder, unless I am mistaken there have been quite a large number of wars and killings in the name of religion in the past.

The simple fact is that religion is a diminishing thing among young people not because their college professors are teaching them about being an atheist or because they aren't being taught about religion in school. But simply because they are choosing not to follow something that they don't see applying to them in today's world. It was all well and good believing in things when there was no other explanation available. I would like to see Fox's reaction if people went around schools giving children copies of the Qu'ran as well as copies of the Bible.

The vocal and extreme Christian community in America needs to be informed that America is not a Christian nation and has never been a Christian nation, it was founded on the complete opposite standing.

I can understand their fears but just because they see more and more people either turning away from religion or not taking up their religion doesn't give them the right to try to force their views on other people and argue for their religion at every opportunity.

This world would be much better if everybody would just everybody would just realise that your views are your views and nobody else's and that it is not your right to try to convert others to see the world from your stand point. People believe in what they do for their own reasons they don't have to make sense to you because they aren't your beliefs. I know many Christians that know that the teachings of their religion don't make sense and don't really apply to the modern world but they need to have the sense that there is something more to life than what we can see and explain... they need to have something to turn to when they are feeling down or scared... and who am I or anybody else to try to take that away from them. But it has to work both ways...
