Need Something To Do In Spare Time

Hey all.
So I quit SRO, but now I have so much spare time on my hands. Inbetween going out and studying I need something to do to keep me busy (besides TV). I want to learn/do something constructive (preferable computer based), for example learn html coding or something like that were I can kill a good 2 hours a day.
Any suggestions?

Download some emulator or buy yourself a console. Those things don't really take a lot of time from your day but enough to fill in your free time. Or go watch/read a series.

Read books, start building a boat or motorcycle in your garage (ever seen the Fastest Indian?), or if you don't have a big garage, build model stuff.

Tbh I'm not into reading books or building models. I'd rather do something internet based i.e. coding.

If you wanna learn computer stuff, then you'll probs find HTML / CSS quite interesting, and easy to learn. You'll find loads of guides on google. Try searching for W3C school (or something like that).
Edit:
http://www.w3schools.com/Thats the one.

Thanks for the link. I was wondering if I learnt html coding, then maybe built a website. What would it be based on? Hmmm...

Thats generally the hardest bit, for me at least. Just try and find something your interested in. And if you do try and build something, just dont get all interested in fancy effects and that crap. Clean simple websites are always the best.

Learn to play the guitar.
Or try to learn to be ambidextrous. It's what I do during my spare time. xD

Start following some tutorials.. learn how to code, before trying to make your own website.
Oh.. do NOT use a WYSIWYG editor (dreamweaver etc), until you completely know how to code.
Use notepad or Notepad++, and you will understand everything much better.

Thanks for the tip. I need to think of a website idea before even starting to learn html coding, then I will have something to motivate me.

Noooo you dont. You need to learn how everything works before you think about making a website.
Read some tutorials and you'll understand.

My friend said this about notepad.
cos you'll only waste time looking through shit you dont really need to
cos you'll be looking for each individual piece of layout before you do anything, in dreamweaver you'll have it all there set and ready for you to play round with
dreamweaver, - play and learn
notepad - boring unless you know your stuff

dreamweaver is what the kids use.
its up to you. if you want quick results, go straight for DW.
but if you do that, and you get a problem, the chances of you working out what the problem is, is extremely low.
if you want to understand what your doing, and actually get decent at writing code, then use Notepad, which i'd strongly recommend.

I'm thinking of doing that. Not cause all the chicks dig it, cause my air guitar is starting to get old. I still love playing it on SOAD's songs from time to time.
So worth it, i feel all relaxed when i play.
And my girl loves it.

As a couple people said, learn to play the guitar, I just started and it's really nice.
If you have two hours a day to invest in it you'll advance quite fast.
