how can I change the way my keyboard works?
currently when i press shift + 6 I gotta press it twice for ^^ to appear. also 2 of them appear whereas I only want one. I know it's stupid issue but it pains me incredibly. before my system format this setting was not on...

yeah, but it's still too much of a roundabout way.
i wanna write ^__^
but I get: ^__^^
so then I gotta backspace...which is simply a pain in the ass
